Hi all,

we are starting franchises for local F&Bs,
we are gathering people who are interested to invest,
please email me if you are interested,
so I can feed you with the details.

It's best that you have $20k funds,
but if you have less, we will do
a memorandum of understanding to group
a few investors together.

A estimation of ROI is more than 30% annually.
Payback period 6 to 9 months depending on
performance.

Franchise term for 3 years, with close
relationship with franchisors to make flexible
arrangements to support investors
and new franchise set up
(operation, marketing, supply line, expansion)
