In order to successfully get a business up and running, you have to have a plan, and a strategy to make that plan become reality. When you create your business plan, you create your company mission and vision statementsyour strategic plans to answer these questions, which include:
1. Define your business, create your vision and mission statement 2. Set measurable objectives 3. Craft your strategies to achieve your objectives 4. Implement your strategies 5. Evaluate the results of your strategies and take corrective action

Well said markclub.
You must have a dream, than a plan without carrying out the plan it is still a dream. When you have a plan wihtout action it is still a dream. Must have passion to see it through. Do not a NATO man. ( Talk Only No Action)

I will say that before the business plan is out, any business men, big or small should equipped with these:
1. An Open Mind to accept ideas and suggestions that even challenge your own values, and we know it might work..
2. An Open Heart to accept the simlarities and differences of other people from various background and credits objectively..
3. Two Open Ears to be able to listen and accept comments and suggestions of any kind..
4. Two Open Eyes to be able to see and spot hidden opportunities and capture them to the best advantage and leverage..
5. Two Working Hands and Two Working Legs to do the dirty work yourself willingly and with great excitement that it is worthwhile..
