Successful Singaporean Entrepreneurs - Who Are They?

Who are the successful businessmen in Singapore, and what was their history? How did they manage to rise up and create a business that could run on its own? I know brands like Osim, BreadTalk, Thai Express etc were started by Singaporeans, and more often than not, these people appear on local newspapers. But who are the not-so-famous ones? Any ideas any one?

Fish and Co is also started by a Singaporean, no idea who he is though.
