Set Up PAY PAL Account for online business

I sell online on yahoo auction and ebay auction. If buyer is a local person, I can easily ask buyer to transfer money to my local account.

However, as online business is, you have overseas customer. So, a pay-pal account is inevitable. Western union is okay too.

I find pay-pal user friendly and good for small retail transaction. For Western Union the fixed admin must be justify by a bigger transaction. I used western union to make payment - for China admin charge is about S$20, I think Indonesia too about S$20-25.

I use pay-pal too. However, it seems like the money on the pay-pal account cannot be debited back into our Singaporean bank accounts. Either its not possible, or I have not found a way.

Do you have a way of getting your money back, Esther?

Yes. I managed to transfer S$200 from pay-pal to my singapore posb savings account.
no charge. if amount lesser than S$200, then there is a admin charge. Have to call the bank to get their bank code. If you tell them it is for pay-pal transfer, they will know what you are talking about.

How did you do it?

On pay-pal you requested a bank transfer. Called your bank to ask them for the code. Then input the code into pay-pal. It that the process?
