Problem is, I studied in both SP and TP. So which should I go for?

Need advice on business operation, I should be able to help and contribute as I have been in business for more than 10 years now... I may not be a good businessman, but I am sure I am quite familiar with business operations.

Temasek Poly - Adv Dip in International Marketing

After which I took overseas degrees. Spend like more than 10 years after national service. Kind of addicted to studies... hahaha

The problem of knowing too much... you will think too much. Compare to people who doesn't know, they dare to plunge... Yes, indeed I have studied most of these. Theory being theory, I hope to learn from young brains as they are always very inspiring and creative. I should be considered brain dead by now...

I am sure your knowledge is useful if you are in a team. You can let the other team members do the plunging, and you provide the support.

Yes, indeed. I have a good team with me. In business, we need to build a team who can run the same race as us...

All are employed staff. You need to provide them with an environment to work as if they are working for themselves. Once they are committed to your company, you will enjoy a good team who will be of great help to you.

Another team is your suppliers if you are supplying goods. Build good relationship with them so that they can help you in times of need and sometime knowledge transfer.

So today, our business survival depends on customers, suppliers and your internal employee.
