I reviewed it. It is basically a website that collects a list of other websites. My guess is the website owner is trying to promote this and increase the click counts so that later he/she can sell the domain name.

Ecash, there is NO real business for sale in the stated website.

2 objectives to buy an existing business:

1. Have money and don't want to waste time, buy a profitable company so that you can continue without the startup process. Usually profitable business is expensive as it comes with the business customers and suppliers base.

2. Take challenge of turning unprofitable business around. They have the product/services/license/agency rights, but lack business acumen and in the verge of giving up. You need to have ideas to turn it around. Again, no pain of starting from ground zero as it comes with existing customer base and suppliers. This option is usually cheaper.

Open your mind when you are looking into existing businesses. There are many details you need to cover as you have to investigate if the current owner is not hiding anything, while looking out for opportunity to fly that business after your acquisition.
