The Rischest Man in Babylon, by George S. Clason.

This is a classic in personal wealth management. This book dates back to the 1926.

The book is based on true stories dating even earlier, to Aladdin's time. When there were no such thing as human rights.

I must emphasize that these are based on true stories. One of the short stories is just a translation of clay tablets that were dug up. The clay tablets was someone's 'dairy'
relating the tale of how he got out of debt. [Yes, human rights were invented long after money and debt.]

The book's short stories revolve around money, the golden rule of saving it, and how to lose it.

There is nothing 'new' in this book because all the advice you get now all came from this book, or some similar source. That's why this book is a classic.

The principal's taught in this book has passed the test of time. It worked in Aladdin's day, and it worked in the present. They will continue to work into the future, and that is why you should get educated about them as soon as possible.

P.S. the only problem with this book is that it's so old, the latest edition is still published in 'old English'. Words like "thou" and "think'th" can be found everywhere in the book. It would be useful to have the Internet close at hand to translate those words.
